Theta S light metering not working properly in bright locations

Postby racife » 08 Mar 2016, 10:35

I took a bracket of photos on a rooftop in the day, and the exposure doesn't seem to be working well. Would like to hear if anyone else has this problem or is it just my unit is faulty.

Photos taken in auto ISO 100 mode, at -2, 0, +2 EV.

Here are the examples -

+2 EV

+0 EV

-2 EV

The 0 EV and -2 EV images look very similar.
Have you checked the EXIF data to make sure that the exposure is really different by 2 EVs?
