Is Ricoh Theta S accept API request with range header?

Postby Maxiboo » 10 Mar 2016, 11:06

I Use the API through wifi for getting a video with a size of ~500MB.
If I use the command _getVideo, it takes a very long time for the server to respond, plus it takes 500MB in RAM.
So I tried to use a request with range header (Range : bytes=0-5000000) for having 100 parts of 5MB instead of 1 part of 500MB, but although the server response has a header "range-accept : bytes", but it seems that it's not processed as i get the response of full length with a 200 OK status (instead of 206 partial content).

So my question is : Is Ricoh Theta S accept API request with range header? And if not, is there a way to get a partial content of the video?

Thanks
