Is there a way in the code to disable image stabilization?

I am failing in my attempts to capture in-car 360 video from a racecar. Every time the car makes a turn, the image stabilization (I assume it's the stabilization doing this) rolls the horizon sideways a considerable amount (45ish degrees). Can the image stabilization be disabled? Or is there another solution to this I have not considered? Thanks!

Hi 360lover24. In another thread bboybz just posted a method for removing the stabilization data from a video file:
