Error: -6000, -77 once opening an organization file

Note: Holding down the Ctrl key prevents QuickBooks Desktop from auto-opening an organization file.
From the File menu, choose Open or Restore Company > Open an organization file > Next.
In the left pane, click Network, and navigate to the placement of your company file.
Note: If you cannot notice the folder wherever the corporate file is saved, you will ought to set folder permissions.
Select the corporate file and click on Open.
